Your information in Hausko

Information used

Hausko stores household messages and submitted files, task and reminder records, selected personal context, calendar event information, and messages sent to or from its dedicated mailbox. Calendar information can include titles, times, descriptions, and locations. An authorized account’s email address is used to verify whose calendar is connected.

Google authorization grants access to events on calendars the connected account owns and its email identity. It does not grant access to the school Gmail inbox. A separately authorized Microsoft calendar connection may provide comparable event access.

How information is used and shared

Information supports requested answers, scheduling, reminders, email, and household task management. Relevant messages, files, and calendar information may be processed by OpenAI models to fulfill requests. Telegram delivers chat messages; AWS hosts the household assistant; Purelymail handles its dedicated email; Google and Microsoft handle their respective authorized calendars.

Household group replies are visible to group members. The dedicated Hausko mailbox is shared by the authorized household members. A future human assistant receives only a handoff that the household authorizes. Email and calendar invitations share their contents with the requested recipients.

Hausko does not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Use and transfer of Google API information follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Access and storage

Access is limited to the invited household and its authorized operator. Calendar and mail credentials are stored separately from the conversational assistant. Household records, conversation history, and backups are retained to provide continuity and recovery until removed by the operator.

You may ask the operator to disconnect a service or delete stored information by contacting desk@hausko.co. Deletion includes a review of active records and retained backups; provider-controlled copies are governed by each provider’s policies. Revoking calendar access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically delete information already stored.

This information website

This site contains app information only. It has no household dashboard, sign-in form, advertising, or analytics added by Hausko. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security logs.
